42th edition : 12-22 August 2026

Join us on the 22nd of June at 5.30 pm for the full unveiling of the programme for the 42nd edition of the far° festival des arts vivants, which will take place from the 12th to the 22nd of August 2026! Free admission, registration required. The presentation will be followed by drinks, in the presence of artists taking part in the 2026 edition.

While waiting to find out more, here’s something to keep you entertained:

– Collaboration far° x Château de Prangins – Swiss National Museum: Nez Noir, by Estelle Samira Borel, as part of the exhibition Colonial. Switzerland’s Global Entanglements. Discover a decolonial perspective on Valais and Switzerland through an embodied and poetic performance on the 15th and 16th of August.

– Collaboration far° x L’INTERLUDE – Bibliothèque (Nyon): MANUAL by Adam Kinner and Christopher Willes. An immersive performance that unfolds through the act of listening and reading with another person guiding us. Several dates throughout the festival at Nyon’s brand-new library.

– Collaboration far° x Scène Nord (Nyon): Une chose après l’autre by Joëlle Fontannaz, a creative and joyful show that delves into the impulsive and spontaneous realisation of our dreams. On the 14th of August at 4pm, free entry and outdoors.

– Collaboration far° x Château de Nyon: This is a trap by Igor Cardellini and Thoma Gonzalez. A play exploring the dynamics of (in)action in a present saturated with urgency, set within the Porcelain Museum. On the 19th and 20th of August.
