Every year, far° takes part in La Journée des Arts – Nyon, inviting the public to come and meet the permanent team and contemporary artists for stage workshops and other artistic discoveries. The event is part of the “fabrique des arts vivants” and takes place in La Salle des Marchandises.
On Saturday, November 2, 2024, for those who are just passing through, or for those who wish to stay longer, solo, as a family or in a group, two workshops are offered during the day.
Program
Faire oiseaux avec Marion Thomas
10:30-12:00* / from 8 yo
Have you always dreamed of being a bird? Do you find the aerial ballet of starlings fascinating? Well, thanks to the work of scientists, we now know the rules that each bird follows to avoid collisions and maintain group cohesion. During this workshop, Marion Thomas invites you to adapt these rules into scenic codes to recreate your own harmonious swarm.
Ensemble à plusieurs corps et voix avec Marion Zurbach et Zooey Agro
14:00-16:30* / from 10 yo
The two artists, one a musician and composer, the other a dancer and choreographer, invite you to explore the connections between body and voice in this quiet workshop. A final collective improvisation will enable you to find a polyphonic sound and dance together.
*It is advisable to stay for the duration of the workshops to get the most out of the experience, but entry and exit are possible at any time.
