Safety Station revolves around the “practices of care” that are essential to the connivance between bodies, their preservation and the durability of the links that are woven between them. Through gestures of maintenance, transmission and welcome, care takes on a political dimension, becoming a strategy of resistance as well as a means of understanding the world. By giving it a central place, we can thus observe our relationship with the environment – this complex network made up of other bodies, animals, plants, minerals, materials and humans.

The physical and sensitive landscape offered by Anne-Lise Tacheron brings together a range of texts, soundscapes, food, movements and performances that remind us of the crucial importance of connection. Safety Station is a meeting place, a performance space and a collective workshop, where everyone is invited to take part in the experience to touch, react, smell, see, taste and so on, in order to create a collective intelligence.
