The data controller is the far° foundation. We collect and process your data in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), which has been in effect in Switzerland since September 1, 2023.

  • Ticketing data: information provided when purchasing tickets (via our external service provider Infomaniak)

4. Ticket Sales (Infomaniak)

Ticket purchases for the festival are managed through an external platform (Infomaniak). This service provider is responsible for processing data during the transaction.

We receive from this provider only the data necessary for managing audience relations (e.g., name, email, number of tickets), in accordance with their privacy policy and the FADP.

5. Newsletter and Communication (Brevo)

Our newsletter is managed via the Brevo service. When you subscribe:

  • You will receive the newsletter if you are or have been affiliated with the far° team or if you have subscribed to the newsletter.
  • Your data is hosted within the EU.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email.

6. Use of Cookies and Third-Party Tools

We use cookies and third-party services to:

  • Analyze website traffic (Google Analytics);
  • Embed content (Vimeo videos, Instagram posts, etc.);
  • Enable interaction with our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
