Heavy, Baby is the second creation by Auguste de Boursetty and Alex Freiheit. Following What Will Remain Secret, a duet invoking childhood memories through luminous nostalgia, the artists now plunge into the darkness of adolescence. In a chiaroscuro atmosphere, their bodies move through fragments of memory, contradictory sensations, absurd games and timeless impulses. Blending dance, performance and live music, the images unfold like visions: sometimes funny, sometimes unsettling, always inhabited by overflowing bodies.

Heavy, Baby resembles a bewildered fairy tale poised between dream and nightmare. Two angels fallen from the sky find themselves in an abandoned music club, surrounded by echoes of the past, laughter beginning to crack, and seemingly innocent memories. Little by little, the boundaries between the cute and the monstrous dissolve, revealing the voices still haunting the ruins of adolescence.
